Make sure your item is in good condition before sending. Ensure clothes are washed as well as ironed and clean the soles of your shoes. If you are selling bags or wallets, confirm that you do not leave any items inside.

Choose packaging that fits the size and shape of your item, while ensuring it is well protected. To avoid any damages, we recommend you secure your item inside the packaging by filling up any empty spaces. If your item arrives damaged and the packaging is found to be inadequate, we cannot guarantee any compensation.

Please remember; each item sold must be sent in its own package and marked with its individual label. If this request is not followed, we cannot track the item and provide any compensation if the shipment gets lost.

Download and print the shipping label and place it on a flat, easily visible surface on your package.
After the sale of your item has been confirmed, you have 5 business days to send the package.

If you have not sent the item within 5 business days, the sale will be cancelled, and the buyer will be reimbursed the full purchase amount. Your payment will only be transferred once the item has been received by the buyer.
You can track your sold item using the link in the confirmation email sent by us when your item was sold.

You can also track your sold item on “My account”, "Purchases and Sales", "Sold items". Choose the relevant item and click "Show details", followed by clicking on the package number located underneath the delivery steps to track your item.

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the system to update. If you still haven"t received a delivery confirmation after 48 hours, don"t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team.
If the shipping partner agrees that the parcel was lost by them, you will be fully reimbursed for the value of the parcel.

Please note, to be reimbursed, you must have used the pre-paid shipping label provided and kept proof of postage.
To ensure authenticity on Axel Arigato Xchange we ask sellers to provide as much information as possible about their listed items, including clear images and original product numbers. If we suspect that a product is unauthentic we will remove it from the site, however we can not fully guarantee that all items listed on Axel Arigato Xchange are authentic.

To ensure all listed items are of ideal quality we only accept items from unworn to moderate condition, all items should be clean and washed.
As you are buying from individual sellers, please note that they are not obligated to accept returns for change of mind. We protect our buyers by transferring the proceeds of the sale only once the delivery has been made to its new owner and after a 2-day window, during which the buyer can submit any claims on the item if it is not as per the listing"s information.
